Scope. This notice describes the initial marketing website and its contact form. The site does not include customer accounts, online ordering, payment processing, behavioral advertising or marketing analytics in this release.

1. Data controller

2. Information we process

When you use the contact form, we process the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organization if provided, message content, and a submission reference and timestamp used to operate and troubleshoot delivery.

The hosting environment may also create technical logs containing information such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and response status. These logs are used for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

3. Why we use the information

Contact-form data is used to review your enquiry, communicate with you and, where relevant, take steps you request before entering into a business relationship. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract and/or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Technical logs are processed for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and diagnosing the website.

4. Recipients and service providers

Your enquiry is delivered to Process Logix through the email infrastructure configured for this website. Hosting, infrastructure and email providers may process limited personal data on our behalf where required to provide those services. We do not sell contact-form data.

5. Retention

Contact enquiries and related correspondence are retained only for as long as necessary to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet applicable legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security needs of the hosting environment.

6. Cookies

The initial website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The contact form uses a strictly necessary security cookie to protect submissions against cross-site request forgery. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, object to certain processing, and receive data in a portable format where applicable.
